Olive’s is a small-batch bakery by Chef Victoria Moon, rooted in good ingredients and a simple way of doing things. We work with local mills for our flour, source produce from nearby farms, and build the menu around what is in season and tasting its best. The goal is to stay close to the ingredients and let them lead.
Our menu leans Italian, with a mix of pastries, sweets, and savory bakes that shift with the seasons. Some days there are focaccia or sandwiches, other days just sweets, all shaped by what ingredients are at their peak. Everything is made by hand in small batches, with care and attention to detail.
Our menu changes naturally throughout the year. As the seasons move, so do we, adjusting what we make to reflect what is growing, milling, and available around us. It keeps things fresh, but also keeps us connected to the place we are cooking in.
You can usually find us popping up around Portland at markets and in different spaces, bringing the bakery into a range of communities. We also offer catering for events, dinners, and gatherings of all kinds, with menus that follow the same seasonal and ingredient-driven approach.
Olive’s started as a way for me to return to working with my hands and make food that feels real and intentional. What began simply has grown into something I care deeply about, shaped by the seasons, the ingredients, and the community around it.
At the end of the day, we are here to make really good food, work with great ingredients, and create something that feels welcoming, thoughtful, and meant to be shared.
